When your printer gets an error, it makes you frustrated. And if you don't know how to troubleshoot a printer then it's even made worse and affects your productivity level.

Check if your printer is turned on and connected to the PC. If you are using it in the office then check it's properly connected to a network via LAN or WiFi.

Unplug the printer supply and network cable and then plug them back. Sometime this will fix the common printer problems. So give it a try.

Set your printer as a default printer. This will prevent you to print documents on the wrong printer connected to the same network.

Clear the print queue. Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners and open Print Queue. Under document name select cancel.

Reinstall the printer. Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners and select the printer you want to uninstall. Once done reinstall the printer.
